We aim to make the process of ordering a memorial as simple as possible. The following steps will guide you through the process.

Once you have had a look through our brochure there are two ways to progress. If you are able, the easiest way is to call into our shop. There we can answer any questions you might have and help guide you through the process. If you're not able to call at the shop for any reason we are happy to assist you via phone or email.

When you are ready to order your memorial we can either sort everything out at the shop or by using phone or email.

Once you have placed your order we will send you a to-scale print out of the memorial along with any other necessary paper work. The print out gives you the opportunity to check the inscription, lettering styles and layout, and to make any changes you'd like before it goes on the stone. Only once you sign the print-out to confirm that you are entirely happy with everything, will the work begin.

Once the stone is lettered you will be able to view in the shop, or we can send you a photo before you pay the balance. Once the payment is made the stone will be erected within 2 weeks.
